Welcome back, ye Constant Engagers!
This is your latest briefing on the previous week’s actions, observations & results from promotion of Local Dublin Businesses.
And what a week it was!
As described in last week’s article (Preparations!), the focus of the week was preparing for our first Rising Tide Exhibition, to be held at Yugo Student Accommodation hub, New Mill & Tannery, Dublin 8. (Special thanks to Megan Clarke for leading this project).
We brought 3 of our cherished business members to exhibit their excellent products & services to the Yugo Student residents.
From a foodie perspective we had the award winning Italian chef, Ivano & his team from I Monelli Authentic Italian Restaurant and Angie & her team from United Eats. Angie, however, was serving up what could be some new catering delights from South Africa – from South African sausage to her very own special Lamb Curry & boiled rice dish.
Laptop Labs were represented by Sebastian and his team, offering insights in the technology space for the students.
Our two foodie exhibits made plenty of sales on the day, with many happy student customers. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try Angie’s South African cooking – it was all gone, by the time we finished. However, I can say, the I Monelli pasta & chicken dishes were both divine.
As a result of our (small) exhibition, Ivano has expressed an interest in catering to larger workplace audiences, especially in the run up to Christmas. So, if you’d like to provide your employees with some (festive &) divine Italian cooking, you may wish to contact Ivano directly on this number: 0870628347.
Graci!!!
And finally, many thanks to Anne & Ian from PrintSave Ireland for coming through with our fab flyers, soon to be distributed across the Southside of Dublin…and perhaps beyond.
Until next week,
Kindest Regards,
Gavin
