Welcome back, ye Constant Engagers!
This is your latest briefing on the actions, observations and results obtained from the previous week’s promotions of Local Dublin Businesses.
Overall, it was a week of frustration.
Progress across the week was stunted, despite our consistent efforts. Avenues for onboarding new businesses, chasing payments, receiving prompt feedback and / or responses, and even the weather, seemed to have a gravitational pull on one’s momentum!
Despite this we posted over 20 Fur Reel adverts through our Instagram page. All adverts received over 50 views. Disappointingly, no advert topped 1.000 views, unlike in previous weeks. Our website continues to get over 20 visitors a day, on average….but the week needed ‘more’ … breakthrough moments to be considered a success.
The main source of frustration throughout the week came from the lack of progress on a number of ‘larger’ projects that were tipping away. I am glad to say, however, that though this is only Tuesday night (at the time of writing), most of these slow-moving projects have gathered significant pace, already.
So, that must mean that next week’s article will be alot more exciting than this one!!!
Job alert!
I learned that my friend, Alli, from YALLA Lebanese Restaurant on Main Street, Dundrum Village is seeking an experienced Arabic Chef to join his team. So, if you know anyone who fits the bill, please call Alli on (01) 5510040. There is the possibility of an immediate start.
Until then,
Kindest Regards,
Gavin
