When Ivano met Leo

Welcome back, ye Constant Engagers!

Here is your weekly briefing on the actions, observations & results from the previous week’s promotions of Local Dublin Businesses.

Last week, we distributed many menus, as always in a targeted manner, on behalf of :

Victoria’s Takeaway, Crumlin Village
I Monelli Authentic Italian Restaurant, Portobello
United Eats, (6 different cuisines all under one roof!), Greenhills Road
Amaya Fusion, Authentic Indian Restaurant, Rathfarnham
D18 Restaurant, Sandyford

It’s a simple strategy, yet so influential for our business clients.

We ran another Instagram (paid promotion) campaign. The focus was to distribute our weekly news article to ‘business owners’ across Dublin, predominantly.

The results were largely disappointing.

Engagement was okay (Reach: 4.4k; Ad Taps: 54) but no new Insta followers as a direct result of the campaign. We did achieve a large jump in visitors to our platform (www.therisingtidedublin.ie) but they appear to be almost completely from overseas upon further inspection.

We’ll keep our paid promotion distribution parameters more tight in the future!

We have a verbal agreement for a new & very swanky business to come onboard very soon. We also have received expressions of interest from a couple of others, too. Let’s see what happens…

And now for some gossip!
A certain Leo Varadkar came to I Monelli’s for dinner, last Friday! As mentioned in our Insta post (over the weekend) he’s certainly getting the right advise when it comes to dining!

And finally, our fabulous graphic designer, Ms. Andi Willig, will be back to us very soon (after a couple of months sabbatical)…& we have (at least) two exciting projects lined up for her, already…Our summer is just about to heat up!!!

Until next week…

Kindest Regards,

It’s been a while since we updated you, our Constant Engagers…but the Entrepreneurial Journey is never easy!

We’ve had a few slings & arrows sent our way, since last December. We’re still tipping away, but, as you can gather not with the same freedom prior to December.

Wishing you all the best for 2023!
Who’s ready to rock, then?
Since November last we’ve been investigating ways to pivot the business. We have plenty of ideas about how to do so & we’re slowly (but surely) formulating the best strategy.
